Track Your Order:
You can track the status of your order through your account or by using the tracking information provided in your confirmation email.
You can track your order by logging into your account and navigating to the “Order History” section. We also send order status updates via email.
Our delivery time nationwide is 4-7 working days and Karachi delivery time is 2-3 working days, after the order has been confirmed. The delivery time of all orders is subject to change depending on weather and public safety conditions.

Payments and Returns
For your convenience, we accept Cash on Delivery and Easypaisa for all orders across Pakistan.
We at Singhar understand the importance of Returns & Replacements when it comes to shopping online. However, in order to evade fraudulent activities, the following conditions must be met to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer:
- Returns & replacement policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered.
- Claims must be raised within 24 hours of the delivery date. Any claim raised after 24 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.
- Customers are welcome to open and inspect their ordered products upon delivery to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Claimed item must not be unsealed / used and should stay in its original packaging & condition.
- Replacement will only be issued against claims that are posted back to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date. Once the return is received and analyzed by the quality assurance team, replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation.
- Customers can choose to send the item back to our address.
- The items being returned are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so should be properly packed to avoid delivery damages.
- Replacement of the same product & shade will be preferred. Change of mind or shade or product is not encouraged for replacement – please report the case in detail to the Customer Service team for any possibility.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund once investigate.

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s our refund process:
- Initiate your request: Find the order you’d like to return and initiate the return process by contacting the Customer Support Team. Once it gets approved by the team, the following actions are required.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) you’re returning in their original packaging. Include any accessories or documentation.
- Send It Back: Ship the package to the return address provided in your return request. Make sure to use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy conditions.
- Refund Processing: If the return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued using your original payment method.
- Confirmation: You’ll receive an email notification confirming the refund has been processed. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
