Refund and Returns Policy
Return & replacement
We have a 72-Hour return & replacement policy, which means you have 72 Hours after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can message us on WhatsApp. If your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from us then you may send the items back to us. Items sent back to us without receiving a confirmation email will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions on WhatsApp.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent replacement products. Please remember it may take time for the replacement to reach you within Karachi (2-3 business days), while the rest of Pakistan (5-7 business days).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, and feel free to open the product to ensure it meets your satisfaction. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of return requests will not be accepted, like product/shade change requests (if you have received the item as ordered). We also do not accept return requests based on product quality, as all items are 100% in quality. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is applicable if it hasn’t been dispatched. Cancellation requests can be forwarded through WhatsApp (Mon-Fri 10:00 am – 06:00 pm).
We practice obligatory safety protocols at all times, any dispatched order cannot be cancelled or returned without a delivery attempt. This safety protocol ensures no one can amend the parcel or steal products.
Discount vouchers used for placing a cancelled order are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
Refunds for cancelled orders
If a paid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be issued within 24 hours.
Refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Your exchanged product will reach you within Karachi (2-3 business days), while the rest of Pakistan (5-7 business days).
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
